SPECIFICATION AND BILL OF QUANTITIES
Specifications and Bill of Quantities are technical documents that are needed to ensure that works proceed as originally planned, normally according to the Architects specific requirements. Our impartial technical documents will accurately detail each step of the construction project, citing necessary standards, drawings and quantities.
TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
Computer aided design (CAD) drawings will be needed to help aid the creation, modification, analysis and optimization of a new build design.
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SUPPORT
We offer support to any design plans (*together with an Architect of your choice, re-modelling or complete new build). We produce time frames for construction projects and help keep track of progress. Liaise with key decision makers. Independent support during the tendering process is invaluable to help compare one offer to another. Quality control and signing off of each key stage throughout the construction project will also be undertaken to verify that standards meet the standards required according to the Specification.
GROW-IN SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE PLANNING
Close monitoring of site conditions during the grow-in period and technical support helps to establish a sustainable long-term maintenance plan. A combination of onsite tests and Laboratory tests will be needed to verify existing standards and provide help during the establishment period.
